I attached the P(r) curve I used to estimate the Dmax of my protein-DNA complex. As shown in the attached figure, the curve doesn`t drop to 0 smoothly at higher r. Is this a reseanable P(r) analysis to estimate the Dmax? Please let me know.

It looks like you have to decrease your Dmax. Try to cut some lowest angle points to reduce aggregation influence.
