Hi
You can download dammif as part of Atsas package. It also provides documentation on how to use dammin, dammif, etc. This you can find in sasdoc or /doc folder of Atsas installation. The latter also has test examples.
Have fun!

Hi,
i have uploaded and installed Dammif. In your opinion, which program I should be used for ab initio modelling to lipoprotein, Dammin or Dammif? In particular, Can I use it? I have read that Dammif or Dammin is not applicable to heterogeneous systems like mixture or unfolded proteins. Is this the case (lipoprotein)? Thanks. |

Hi
Basically, Dammif and Dammin is the same program, the former is faster by a factor of ~40. In your case you should perhaps consider to use MONSA, which allows one to have phases with different contrasts.
You should also check that your data does not correspond to a mixture of
lipid and protein.
Cheers
