Hi
You can download dammif as part of Atsas package. It also provides documentation on how to use dammin, dammif, etc. This you can find in sasdoc or /doc folder of Atsas installation. The latter also has test examples.
Have fun!

Hi,

i have uploaded and installed Dammif. In your opinion, which program I should be used for ab initio modelling to lipoprotein, Dammin or Dammif? In particular, Can I use it? I have read that Dammif or Dammin is not applicable to heterogeneous systems like mixture or unfolded proteins. Is this the case (lipoprotein)? Thanks.

Hi
Basically, Dammif and Dammin is the same program, the former is faster by a factor of ~40. In your case you should perhaps consider to use MONSA, which allows one to have phases with different contrasts.
You should also check that your data does not correspond to a mixture of
lipid and protein.

Cheers
Alex
