I have been trying to run damaver using the following: $ damaver damsup.log where the log file is attached. The original data was collected at Argonne APS 12-ID-B. It has all of the buffer components subtracted out. The only other component that was in the buffer that may still be interacting with the protein is a detergent, dodecyl thiomaltopyranoside, but it is 0.013g/L which is below the cmc.

I wanted to use DAMMIN to get a bead model for the protein structure.

The online ATSAS DAMMIN only asks for the GNOM output file, Symmetry, Anisometry and Mode. Is there any way that the inputs might change between inputting in GNOM and the GNOM output that is used for DAMMIN?

qt-mac-opensource not recognized by mac

When I tried to open the qt-mac-opensource-4.8.0.dmg I get the error "the following disk images couldn't be opened" with a reason "not recognized". I'm using Mac OS 10.7.3
