CORAL group assign

Dear all 8) I have succesfully run the coral. Two protein complex (chain A, chain B). During the running, I have assigned group. as domain 1 from Chain A, domain 5 from chain B After all, the coral just overlapped domain 1, and 5. Do we have to restrain the distance for each domains when doing group...

A question for data trimming

Dear all, I have a serious question that must be discussed, I think. When we run AutoRG, It gave us a good range for nice Rg. Then, does we have to trim the data file with the range we got from AutoRG? e.g) I got data points from 1 to 897. AutoRG tells good Rg range is from 6 to 47. Then do I have t...

General work flow for protein SAXS data processing

I have just entered SAXS world, and I have no-idea for manipulating my data. Until now, I have searched a lot, read a lot, tried a lot, and got some idea for handling my data. Still, however, I do not know that whether my strategies are correct or not. I need some good advisor for learning SAXS, ple...

Of course, I should cite GNOM, DAMMIF also.

Thanks a lot! :)

SUPCOMB it self can be used for publish?

I have just entered SAXS world. I've analysed data with GNOM, and got .out file. Then, I've made initial model by using DAMMIF. After this, I just superimposed my crystal structure model with dammif output pdb by SUPCOMB. And, I've read the SUPCOMB manual, and It said tha "ideally similiar object re...

Re: Installation of primus on Mac OS X -> Qt error

I also have same problem.
The other program (dammin, dammif or gnom) are working well.

Is there any progress for this issue?
