Is there a possibility to introduce distance constraints in EOM (i.e. in RanCh) for a multi-domain protein to keep e.g. two particular domains close together. It is possible to do this in BUNCH but I realize that the two programs are based on different algorithms. Perhaps such a constraint could be applied in RanCh, which uses a kind of "pre-Bunch generation" of structures? Of course an obvious solution would be to treat the two domains as one rigid body but this would limit the possible conformational space significantly from the start. Any advice would be very much appreciated!
