Oligomer-Command-line

Linear (OLIGOMER), and non-linear (MIXTURE) analysis, singular value decomposition (SVDPLOT), addition of missing fragments (BUNCH, CORAL), analysis of flexible systems (EOM/RANCH & GAJOE), flexible refinement of high-resolution models (SREFLEX)

Oligomer-Command-line

#1 Post by cmarasini » 2012.01.10 16:57

I use oligomer to analysis the SAXS experimental data of a protein that can assume more conformations. I have a problem with the command /cst because the volume fraction of the "costant" isn't equal to 0.
Is it right?

What is the problem?

yes, it is right. Does constant improve your fit significanlty as
compared to case where constant subtraction is not used?
