Notice a bug I've found in the generation of PDBs by EOM:
This bug appears in the specific case when you've got both 32 & 64 bit Windows versions of ATSAS installed (like me).
After ensemble selection, Gajoe13 invokes Ranch13 again to re-produce the PDBs.
The invocation uses windows path-lookup mechanism and does not necessarily run the same Ranch13 that lies in the folder you've run Gajoe13 from!
In my case I've run the 32 bit version of Ranch13/Gajoe13, and the reproduced PDBs were wrong because Gajoe inadvertently used the 64 bit version of Ranch13 to generate them.
Linear (OLIGOMER), and non-linear (MIXTURE) analysis, singular value decomposition (SVDPLOT), addition of missing fragments (BUNCH, CORAL), analysis of flexible systems (EOM/RANCH & GAJOE), flexible refinement of high-resolution models (SREFLEX)
