ab initio modelling of oligomeric complex

Linear (OLIGOMER), and non-linear (MIXTURE) analysis, singular value decomposition (SVDPLOT), addition of missing fragments (BUNCH, CORAL), analysis of flexible systems (EOM/RANCH & GAJOE), flexible refinement of high-resolution models (SREFLEX)

ab initio modelling of oligomeric complex

#1 Post by MikeH » 2014.08.14 01:33

Hi

Can GASBORMX be used to model an oligomeric heterodimer assuming this oligomerises with P2 symmetry in a dimer-tetramer equilibrium?

Thanks

Yes, it is possible if the heterodimer is considered as a monomer and
the tetramer then would be a dimer with P2 symmetry
