Deriving chi2 from two SAXS curves

#1 Post by sanaullah » 2017.10.04 15:50

Hi,
I want to compare experimental saxs data with theoretical/calculated curves, and derive chi2 values.
detail:
1. I have experimental SAXS data for a protein (say as A)

2. I have scattering intensity calculated from monomer and dimer crystal structures of this protein (A) using Crysol. What I want is to fit
the sum of these intensity data (monomer + dimer) to experiential saxs data of A.

Could anyone help in this plz.

OLIGOMER is what you are looking for.
You have to prepare the form-factors file with the program FFMAKER or in a text editor before running OLIGOMER.
