hi,
I'm a user of crysol,I just want to know how you can compute the theoretical intensity in solution? Can you tell me the formula about it?Thanks!

How to compute SAS from atomic models

Here are some slides on computing solution scattering intensity.
Here's the original CRYSOL paper: Svergun D.I., Barberato C., & Koch M.H.J. (1995) CRYSOL - a program to evalate X-ray solution scattering of biological macromolecules from atomic coordinates J. Appl. Crystallogr. 28, 768-773.
