glycerol effect in measure

I have done several measure of same protein sample but with two buffer with only difference in the glycerol: without and with glycerol (10%). Although I don 't see any aggregation effect in the curves the MW estimation is totally opposite, one is half than I expected and the other is double.
I can not understand what it is happened. Are there any limit in glycerol concentration in the buffer??
