#1 Post by RBelen » 2016.05.12 23:13

Hi,
How can we calculate the error in the estimated Dmax?

Once you've found the optimal Dmax in GNOM, try to find the minimum and maximum Dmax values that still give you a good fit to the experimental data and a positive p(r) which smoothly decays to zero. This will give you an idea of the Dmax error (typically about 10%).
