How exactly does DATADJUST works?

Interactive and automated data processing tools (PRIMUS, GNOM, AUTORG).
Scattering from simple bodies (BODIES), peak analysis (PEAK), data plotting (SASPLOT) etc.

How exactly does DATADJUST works?

#1 Post by varinkin » 2017.08.23 12:38

Hi, I couldn't find any description on how does DATADJUST treat the scattering data to make them "comparable".
I was wondering, if DATADJUST program makes some corrections to force the sample to follow q-4 decay? If one has sample which obey such behaviour, presumably due to flexibility or averaging of several conformations it would then force it in unnatural way to follow q-4 decay, right?

No, DATADJUST just uses the standard least squares approach.
