Dear All,

SASpy is a new PyMOL plugin that provides a point-and-click interface to work with SAXS hybrid models (based on ATSAS).
Please check out the full description at:
http://bioinformatics.oxfordjournals.or ... ics.btw071

You can download the latest version from github:

The new PyMOL 2.0 has been released recently and it is available at:
https://pymol.org/2/

This new PyMOL can work without a license and has more functionality than the educational version (render options, etc)
There are installers available for Windows, Mac and Linux, which is particularly good for Windows users, where installing the open source version was not so easy as in Linux or Mac.

If you are using PyMOL 2.0, please fetch the recently updated SASpy version that works properly with it from here (right-click and "Save link as...").
