Hello

I have a DAMMIF model of a complex ( a heterodimer) and I need to superimpose two different 3D structure (so two different PDB) in the ab initio model I have. Is there any program from the ATSAS suite you would suggest? I was suggested to try supcomb but from I don't seem to be able to do it??
