For heterodimer modelling in program of MASSHA, the position and Euler angle of rotation center of second subunit need to be pre-setting. Is there some principles to set these values more reliable? or should I set them by trial and error to get a lowest chi?

by the way, what is a good value of chi?

thank you for your attention!

Massha does the local refinement of the models,
so that it is better to have a rough idea how the subunits are
arranged. If you need to do a global search it is better to use SASREF instead.

Ideally, chi should be close to 1.0
