pre_bunch misreading the seq file???

#1 Post by biox » 2014.09.03 17:50

Hi,
My sequence file has >>256 residues. I tried different lengths (higher than 256), but still the prebunch output remain unchanged at 256.

Why prebunch output is showing these input files to have 256 residues?

Thanks in advance.

Ok..problem solved.
Now it is able to read the whole sequence after converting into multi-line format with 60 characters per line.

Yep, according to the BUNCH manual lines in the sequence file must not exceed 256 characters.
