We have previously installed 3.1.0 from the downloaded dmg with no issues.
We have now tried the same process with 3.1.1. The dmg mounts, the installer starts, proceeds through the first few steps and then fails with this message:
Error during installation process (Binaries):
Error while extracting archive "installer://Binaries/3.1.1bin.7z": Not enough memory
The machine has nothing else running - all memory is available. It seems like that is not the actual issue but something else.
Can anyone provide insight before we spend time figuring this out?
Machine is OSX 10.13. ATSAS 3.1.0 installed without issue on same machine.
Thanks,
Jim
OSX install of 3.1.1 - installer fails
Re: OSX install of 3.1.1 - installer fails
This is resolved. It turns out to be just a permission problem. This is an odd error message for a permissions issue, but it all works now.
