Windows 7 installation

#1 Post by cgarvey » 2012.07.02 22:18

Hi,

Installing ATSAS on new Windows 7 machine.
The installation of ATSAS (atsas-2.4.3-w7_64 ) seems to proceed OK, but when I come to run some of the modules (not all) I get an error message "The program can't start because libstdc++-6.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

Re-installation does not resolve this.

Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

regards

Chris

I observed the same behavior with recent (but not previous) ATSAS package on x86 computers.
So, i can back it up.

atsas-2.4.3-w7_64.msi has been re-packaged to include the missing dll.
Please download again and re-install

Hello,

I've experienced the same problem on windows 10, ATSAS 3.0.1 - "libgcc_s_sjlj-1.dll
libgfortran-3.dll libsaxsdocument.dll" missing. Could you help me, please?

Best regards.

What command/program are you running before you see this message?
