I am working with two SEC-SAXS datasets of a membrane protein stabilized with a detergent. Attached are curves of each run. The red and green curves correspond to runs with 1xCMC and 2xCMC detergent, respectively. I want to compare the influence of the detergent concentration in the stabilization and overall structure and dynamics of the protein/detergent complex. It seems that complexes from the red curve are more compacted. Any help/suggestion is more than welcome.
