Dear SAXS Researchers,
My PI and I found that determining the volume of correlation may be be helpful in our research involving scattering data of a few of our proteins. In SCATTER, I can derive a Vc Plot, and I was wondering how I can derive lc from this graph. From the instructions, I believe that the lc is where the integral becomes constant, yet my plot fails to flatten.
Is there a way to interpret a Vc graph another way, or would you happen to have any hints to calculate lc another way. Thank you!
