Resolution parameters in CRYSON at different camera lengths

#1 Post by mj » 2021.06.04 22:16

I recently got SANS curves at two different camera length (let's say, 2m and 10m) and I would like to fit these curves using PDB files by CRYSON.
The SANS curves taken at two camera lengths were merged to one curve using the overlapping Q region.
Although the parameter values in the resolution file of CRYSON are obviously different at two camera lengths, it seems that we cannot input two kinds of resolution files when running CRYSON. In this case, what should I do to simulate the SANS curves using PDB files?
I would appreciate it if you could reply to my question.
