I downloaded the ATSAS 3.2.1 installer from the website and the Primus component was not available after installation
The installation process selects the default all

What operating system (Windows, Ubuntu, macOS...) do you have?

On Ubuntu try typing 'primus' in the terminal.
On Windows go to Start > All apps > ATSAS > SAS Data Analysis
or open 'cmd' and type 'primusqt'.
